On Tuesday, the Chamber of Deputies decisively approved two bills, from the package of seven legislative initiatives by USR deputy Claudiu Năsui, which will cut red tape and support entrepreneurs. To enter into force, it is only necessary to enact them. One of the projects repeals Law 12/1990, which established the obligation to present the declaration relating to commercial addition. The second bill modifies the Corporations Law, in the sense of eliminating the opposition action of ANAF, which will facilitate the operation of the companies, USR reports in a press release.
Romania is in the last places in Europe in terms of ease of running a business, in general, the state prefers to bury entrepreneurs in the papers, give them all kinds of obligations and, obviously, fine them if they do not comply. Many of these obligations are impossible to fulfill at the same time, any control can find you with something and that is exactly the problem. Institutionally, as a state, we have the opinion that any entrepreneur is a potential criminal and should be treated as such and that should change. Entrepreneurs need to spend less time with the bureaucracy and have more time for their business, to create added value, because, in the end, everything we see around us, from salaries and pensions to public investments and subsidies. , everything is paid with the money of the people who work, who undertake, who create jobs, who pay taxes and fees, “said USR deputy Claudiu Năsui, according to the press release.
One of the projects repeals Law 12/1990, which established the obligation to present the declaration on the commercial surcharge, an archaic law, approved in 1990, when the State still controlled prices in the socialist economy.
The second project modifies the Law of Commercial Companies, also adopted in 1990, in the sense of eliminating the opposition action of ANAF, thus allowing a better operation of the companies.
