Former President Ion Iliescu, who turned 91 on Wednesday, announced that he had been vaccinated against Covid and that he was fine. He told Realitatea PLUS that he had no side effects.
“They vaccinated me and I felt good. I didn’t even feel anything after the vaccination. For my age, I feel good ”, announced the former president.
Ion Iliescu says that he is following with interest what is happening in the PSD and that he would like more from the Social Democratic Party.
“I would not like to make assessments that influenced in any way the opinion of the people and the situation in the game. I follow him with interest, I would like more, but I do not want to thank. Unfortunately, I am not present at the activity of the party leadership. I watch from a distance. Just what is written in the press, I do not have a direct relationship with the current management and I do not want to make assessments, “says Iliescu.
He added that he was not satisfied with the ruling coalition and that the situation in the country “requires more open communication between political forces and between citizens and social factors.”
