PSD won the most votes in Bucharest in the General Council, but also in almost all sectors. However, only in one sector could the PSD form a simple majority in the local council. In CGMB, as in many other sectors, PNL and USR-Plus have a simple majority together, but could not achieve a qualified majority (2/3) even with the PMP votes. In a single sector, the PSD could constitute a majority in the City Council.

Bucharest General Council:

PSD – 32.37% – 21 seats
USR-Plus – 26.98% – 17
NLP – 19.31% – 12
PMP – 7.82% – 5

TOTAL – 55 terms of directors

In CGMB PNL and USR-Plus together they have 29 mandates out of 55, that is, a simple majority. Even if it entered into a local alliance with the PMP (5 seats), it is still not possible to get a qualified majority (2/3 = 37 votes) as it would have a total of only 34 votes.

Town Hall – Sector 1

PSD – 31.07% – 9 seats
USR-PLUS – 29.97% – 9
NLP – 18.94% – 6

PMP – 8.76% – 3

TOTAL: 27 mandate

In CL Sector 1 PNL and USR-Plus have a majority (15 councilors out of 27), but with PMP they would not only consolidate the majority, but also obtain a qualified majority (18 votes).

Town Hall – Sector 2

PSD – 31.31% – 10 seats
USR-PLUS – 29.13% – 9
NLP – 18.97% – 6

PMP – 6.18% – 2

TOTAL: 27 mandate

In CL Sector 2, USR-Plus and PNL are limited by a simple majority (15 votes out of 27), and with PMP they would only consolidate this majority and could not form a qualified majority (2/3 = 18 votes).

USR-PLUS – 25.70% – 10 mandate
PSD – 22.47% – 8
NLP – 19.82% – 7
Pro Bucharest 2020 – 15.18% – 5

PMP – 7.63% – 2

TOTAL: 31 mandate

In CL Sector 3 USR-Plus and PNL they have together 17 votes out of 31, they have a simple majority, but even with the PMP votes they still could not obtain a qualified majority.

Town Hall – Sector 4

PSD-PPU – 37.15% – 11 mandate
USR-PLUS – 28.54% – 9
NLP – 15.96% – 5

PMP – 6.58% – 2

TOTAL: 27 mandate

In CL Sector 4 PNL and USR-PLus together they have 14 votes, at the absolute limit for a simple majority. With the votes of the PMP, it would consolidate this majority, without being able to form a qualified majority (2/3).

PSD – 31.29% – 10 seats
NLP – 20.48% – 6
USR-PLUS – 16.47% – 5
PPU – 11.96% – 4

PMP – 6.81% – 2

TOTAL: 27 mandate

In CL Sector 5, PSD and the Humanist Power Party (PPU) together have 14 votes, a simple majority. PNL, USR-PLUS and PMP would have 13 votes together.

Town Hall – Sector 6

PSD – 29.42% – 9 seats
NLP – 26.61% – 8
USR-PLUS – 24.74% – 8

PMP – 7.68% – 2

TOTAL: 27 mandate

In Sector 6 in the Local Council PNL and USR-Plus they would have 16 votes, a simple majority, and with the two votes of PMP, a qualified majority could be formed as a limit (2/3 = 18 votes).
