One of the most famous clan leaders in Romania has sued his ex-wife, Alina Bogdan, with whom he wants to share his fortune. Among other things, Costel Corduneanu wants the apartment in the Nicolina neighborhood to remain in its name. The Iași District Court will establish a first period of the division process.

Corduneanu specified that it requests the establishment of a 100% quota in its favor when acquiring the apartment on the Nicolina road, which has a useful area of ​​109 square meters. The house was purchased on February 12, 2004.

Costel Corduneanu bought the apartment during the marriage, but claims that it was he who paid for it and that his ex-wife had no financial contribution towards the purchase of the house.

Alina, from “the love of my life” to the fiercest “enemy”

In mid-September, Costel Corduneanu was released by the judges of the Cluj Court of Appeal. The decision was made in a request for parole made by the leader of the Corduneanu clan, after his execution, in the Drobeta-Tr penitentiary. Severin, more than two-thirds of his three years in prison.

The scandal between the two spouses continued, Alina accused Costel of kidnapping, while the thief suspected that his ex-wife was making video calls.

After Alina left the conjugal home, Costel Corduneanu had another relationship, which resulted in a son.

In January 2020, 24 of the 27 members of the Corduneanu clan, tried in an organized crime case, escaped after the facts expired, were archived or not proven. In 2016, the Maramureş Court sentenced 25 of the 27 defendants to prison terms. Costel Corduneanu was later sentenced to eight years in prison.
