At the head of the Brașov County Council, PNL is working with Adrian Veştea, PSD with former Senator Marian Rasaliu, and USR-Plus, with MP Tudor Benga.

How to do an exit poll

Thousands of people were involved on Sunday in the investigations that take place throughout the day, from 7:00 am, the opening time of the polling stations, and until 9:00 pm, when the polls close.

Operators are present at polling stations in several major cities in the country to interview voters after the polls. They will be asked a series of questions about the vote cast in the local elections of September 2020. The conversation with the operators has a maximum duration of one minute and the data provided is confidential.

None of the voters will be asked for identity information, such as name, address or other personal information. Together with the operators of the polling stations, several supervisors will be mobilized who will have the role of constantly monitoring the data collection process and compliance with the procedures.

How to vote correctly in Sunday’s elections

On Sunday, in order to vote in the 2020 local elections, he goes to the electoral college with his identity card (identity card, ballot, passport, service card for military school students). No matter what identity card you present above, it is important that it is valid on the day of the vote.

Once at the voting station, you will present your identification to the computer operator, who will scan it. After that, it will go to the members of the voting station. They will identify you on the voters list and give you a signature. Only then will you receive the ballots. These are four ballots: one for the mayor, one for the local council, one for the county council, and one for the president of the county council.

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) decided on the final list of polling stations in these 2020 local elections. According to this decision, Romanians will vote in 18,794 polling stations.
