Romania qualified for the strangest final tournament of the European Championship
The 16 qualified teams, that is, the two host countries, the winners of the nine qualifying groups and the five best second places, will be divided into four groups of four teams each.
The group stage of Euro U21 2021 will take place between March 24 and 31. The first two classified in each group will obtain the classification in the quarter-finals, scheduled, with the unique situation intervening here, two months after the end of the group stage.
Specifically, the final phases, knockouts of the final phase of the European Championship will take place between May 31 and June 6.
The draw for the constitution of the Euro U21 groups will be held on December 10 in Nyom.
