DYNAMO. Spaniards feel sorry for money! DDB Response

[ad_1]

UPDATE, at 17:50

Immediately after the meeting with the Spaniards, those responsible for DDB consulted and decided not to put money in Dinamo until two conditions were met:

  • own 31% of the shares, thus becoming the majority (now with 20.06%);
  • the dismissal of Dorin Șerdean, executive president of the club, along with all the people he brought to the club.

The initial news

According to GSP.ro, the general manager Alex Couto Lago met yesterday with the DDB representatives, from whom he requested financial support to pay the respective amount and implicitly to avoid disqualification.

Representatives of the “DDB” project have not yet given a concrete answer, but there is a possibility of reaching an agreement as soon as possible. Theoretically, they would have available the amount requested by the Spanish, quotas and other own funds. Thus, through this movement, the partisans were able to take possession of new shares, as happened during the time of Ionuț Negoiță..

“Today we will give a public response,” said the DDB representatives, who will probably conduct an opinion poll among members to determine whether or not to help Spaniards financially.

Burdened with debt, the Spanish came to sympathize with the PCH

This is the first time that the Spaniards in the management of Dinamo have noticed those of DDB. So far, out of superiority, they have avoided fans, the relationship between the two camps is extremely cold. This despite the fact that “DDB” saved the club in spring, when the rojiblancos took the risk of not receiving a sports license.

According to the latest memorandum signed by fans with Ionuț Negoiță, PCH fans should have owned 27% of the club, but that document was worthless. So far, fans have paid the club about 550,000 euros.

Meetings after meetings at Dinamo

As announced exclusively by Gazeta Sportulor, Mr. Pablo Cortacero has already sent an announcement to call the General Shareholders’ Meeting to organize a meeting on December 21, 2020 in which, among other things, propose the capital increase of 5 million euros, a meeting that will certainly take place four days before Christmas.

Until then, the Board of Directors is convened on November 27, where the budget for the 2020-2021 season will be approved and the transfer of the club’s headquarters to the offices in Dorobanti will be discussed.
