After the dissemination of a message in WhatsApp groups in which a quote is presented that would belong to the head of DSU, Dr. Raed Arafat, we want to make it clear to the public that we categorically delimit ourselves from this information that is false and that it falls into the FAKE category NEWS.
Message containing false information:
“RAED ARAFAT jumped onto the horse. His nostalgia for safety reaches PARANOID heights! …
Quote – Raed Arafat: We will prepare the legislation immediately after the elections so that we can check for parties in the houses. Until then, I encourage you to report these cases to the green line, with possible arrests to identify the people and fine them accordingly. The mask should be used at home, especially if there are older people or children, I recommend that life partners do not sleep in the same bed. We cannot verify this yet, it is just a recommendation. But in the future we will be able to prove it!
We specify that this false information is intended to mislead public opinion, create panic among the population and at the same time discredit the efforts made by the Romanian authorities in the fight against the effects generated by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
