The vote count requested by Donald Trump in the two main counties of Wisconsin, a key state in the 2020 US presidential elections, reconfirmed Joe Biden as the winner, with more than 20,000 votes against Trump, reports Agerpres. Trump spent $ 3 million to fund the recount, after which Biden won an additional 87 votes on the first recount.
The count ended Sunday in Dane County, days after Milwaukee.
Each vote count produced little change in the final breakdown of the more than 800,000 votes cast in that state.
In the end, Biden’s lead over Trump in Wisconsin increased by 87 votes.
Under Wisconsin law, Donald Trump had to pay the bill for the partial recount and his campaign team paid $ 3 million for it.
The president of the United States does not recognize the victory of Democrat Joe Biden in the presidential election on November 3, the results of which mark him as the winner.
