Donald Trump first admitted that Joe Biden won the November 3 presidential election, but maintained his unsubstantiated and unproven claims that the vote was rigged, The Independent reports.
“She won because the elections were rigged. Observers were not allowed access and the votes were cast by a radical leftist company, Dominion, with a bad reputation and poor equipment that would not even qualify for Texas (which I won by a wide margin )., silent and fake media and more, ”Trump wrote on Twitter.
However, the US president did not say that he had lost or given up his appeals and complaints about the electoral process, although many of them had already been rejected by judges in several key states.
His comments come after tens of thousands of his supporters and members of far-right groups gathered in the federal capital, Washington DC, to protest the election results and show their support for the White House leader.
At least 20 people were arrested during the march as a result of the violence and clashes. In one of the videos, several people in the crowd, dressed in T-shirts with the symbols of the far-right group “Proud Boys”, beat a man with a hair in his eye and a fist in the face.
Overnight, Trump again cascaded messages on Twitter, claiming that “Antifa trash” was to blame for the violence at his march and urging police “to do their job and not hesitate.”
On Saturday, after the march of his supporters and a day after the United States reported the highest number of Covid-19 diseases ever recorded by a country, Donald Trump returned to the Gulf.
