This form must be written and signed and will be necessary if the child has symptoms or if they are direct contact partners of a confirmed case. That form is not necessary on the first day of school, it is not written anywhere. If someone wants to take it on the first day of school, we will try to cover this situation as well and send clarifications to the schools for the teachers to receive. (…) If you have symptoms or are in direct contact with a confirmed colleague, in this situation you will be asked for this signed and informed consent. It does not work electronically for legal reasons. If you give it, it can be tested at school, if there is a doctor’s office, or at the DSP. If you don’t give it to him, the child will go home with you and the family doctor will tell you what steps to follow ”, concluded Cîmpeanu.
