Cozmin Gușă says he discovered the methods by which vote fraud will be judged in Sunday’s local elections.
HOW TO FRAUD IN THE FACILITIES. IT APPEARS IN THE SCHEME AND COVIDU ‘!
“The other day I am informed by the Constanta press that they discovered how Cristian Radu, the corrupt mayor of Mangalia, has brought to the city some 300 floats in recent weeks, domiciled in piles in dilapidated apartment buildings, 15-20 per apartment. I remember how the favorite Lu ‘COVID won the previous elections with 1400 (!) Floats, hosted at the Hotel Prahova in Neptun.
So I told myself that it is useful to be interested, to quickly discover the basic methods by which fraud will be committed in 2020. So, here I list you:
1. FLOATȚII
This is within the reach of the incumbent mayors, who have prepared in advance with people recently domiciled in the cities, and who will come to vote tomorrow.
2. PUT IT IN THE URN
The people who went abroad are chosen from the voters lists of each section and communicated to the representative. He does his calculations so as not to attract attention, and during the morning of the vote he places a few dozen duly stamped ballots at the polls. Then, throughout the day, he marks them as present and voting, signing instead, of course, with the complicity of others in the section (so do the dead as actual voters).
3. COVIDU ‘
It is a new method, which is practiced this year on behalf of those who returned to the country, registering their data at the border, including the mobile phone (we are talking about more than 1 million Romanians!). For those who left again, re-registered at the border, the BĂGATU-N URNĂ method is applied. For those who stay, the database is accessed and they have already been contacted by phone, indicating who to vote with, in exchange for possible benefits. This method is accessible to those in power who can access the centralized database in the Government.
4. BLACK GLOVES
This procedure will be practiced in the vote counting, through the representatives equipped with black sanitary gloves, on which they will discreetly apply a rubber stamp with VOTED. When they count, they will cancel the ballots of the dangerous opponent, applying another stamp anywhere on the ballot, which will then be VOTED CANCELED.
Of course, there will be many other methods, arising from the desperation of those who have power and want to win at any cost, especially since it is well known that in Romania no one has suffered anything, even through FRAUDA-N SAC.
