Coronavirus Romania, balance November 14. To date, on November 14, in Romania, 353,185 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID – 19) have been confirmed.
239,051 patients were declared cured.
Following nationwide testing, compared to the last report, 9,460 new cases of people infected with SARS – CoV – 2 (COVID – 19) were recorded, cases that had not previously had a positive test.
Apart from recently confirmed cases, after reassessment of patients who were already positive, 1,434 people were positively reconfirmed.
To date, 8,813 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
Between 13.11.2020 (10:00) – 14.11.2020 (10:00) 129 deaths were reported (73 men and 56 women), of some patients infected by the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Argeș, Arad, Bucharest, Bacău, Bistrița-Năsăud, Brăila, Botoșani, Brașov, Buzău, Caraș-Severin, Constanța, Covasna, Dolj, Gorj, Galați, Giurgiu, Harghita, Hunedoara, Iași, Mehedinți, Maramureș, Mureș, Olt, Prahova, Sibiu, Sălaj, Satu Mare, Suceava, Timiș, Teleorman, Vâlcea and Vaslui.
Of these, 3 deaths were recorded in the age category 30 to 39 years, 5 deaths in the age category 40 to 49 years, 10 deaths in the age category 50 to 59 years, 31 deaths in the age category of age 60 to 69 years, 48 deaths in the age category 70 to 79 years and 32 deaths in the category over 80 years.
120 of the registered deaths are of some patients who presented comorbidities, 6 deceased patients did not present comorbidities and for 3 deceased patients, no comorbidities have been reported to date.
In specialized health units, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 is 12,919. Of these, 1,172 are hospitalized in ATI.
To date, 3,667,896 tests have been processed nationwide. Of these, 37,040 were performed in the last 24 hours, 21,204 based on the definition of the case and medical protocol, and 15,836 upon request.
In Romania, 48,129 people confirmed with the new coronavirus infection are isolated in their homes and 13,207 people are in institutional isolation. In addition, 79,532 people are quarantined at home, and 23 people are in institutionalized quarantine.
