At the same time, so far, 508 people diagnosed with COVID-19 infection, hospitalized in Dolj, Bucharest, Iași, Suceava, Arad, Bacău, Timiș, Cluj, Neamț, Hunedoara, Constanța, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Ialomița, Bistrița- Năsăud, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Vrancea, Galați, Caraș-Severin, Mureș, Giurgiu, Bihor, Argeș, Vaslui, Botoșani, Alba, Sălaj, Brașov, Mehedinți, Teleorman, Gorj and Prahova, died.

In the last 24 hours, 432 calls were registered to the unique emergency number 112 and 1,970 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), specially opened to inform citizens.

Through the empowered structures of the M.A.I. To date, 457 criminal cases have been prepared, under the aspect of committing the crime of frustrating the fight against diseases, an action foreseen and punished by art. 352 par. 1 Penal Code.

The police and gendarmes found, in the last 24 hours, 4,950 people who did not comply with the measure on traffic restrictions. These people were subject to minor sanctions, amounting to 11,406,813 lei.

Regarding the situation of Romanian citizens in other states, according to information obtained by Romanian diplomatic missions and consular offices abroad, it was confirmed that 953 Romanian citizens were infected with COVID-19 (coronavirus): 636 in Italy, 196 in Spain, 26 in France, 14 in Germany, 59 in the United Kingdom, 2 in Namibia, 2 in the United States, 4 in Austria, 3 in Belgium, 2 in Indonesia, 2 in Switzerland, 2 in Turkey and one in Argentina , Tunisia, Ireland, Luxembourg and Sweden.

Meanwhile, in Suceava, a county where almost a quarter of COVID-19 cases are recorded in Romania, the situation continues to worsen.

A new disease outbreak has emerged at a recovery center for people with mental illness. Almost 250 patients and more than 50 doctors and caregivers have the new virus. At the same time, the Strategic Communication Group announces that the number of Romanians who did not survive reached 498 in Romania on Tuesday.

Almost 400 people are hospitalized at the “Sasca Mică” Neuropsychical Recovery and Rehabilitation Center in Suceava. There are people between 20 and 70 years old, with mental illnesses and various illnesses associated with them.

No one cares about most of them. After testing, 242 patients were confirmed with COVID-19, as well as 59 center employees: doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.

The disease was reportedly brought home by an asymptomatic employee.

On the other hand, in Suceava, the largest coronavirus outbreak in Romania, the situation remains critical.

In the county, there are more than 2,200 people confirmed with the new virus, that is, almost a quarter of cases across the country.

21 are in intensive care, four in serious condition, mechanically ventilated.
