147 of the registered deaths were of some patients who presented comorbidities and 1 deceased patient did not present comorbidities.
In specialized health units, the total number of people hospitalized for COVID-19 is 13,200, of which 1,250 are hospitalized in ATI.
To date 4,097,782 tests have been processed nationwide. Of these, 16,225 were performed in the last 24 hours, 9,877 based on the definition of the case and medical protocol, and 6,348 on request.
In Romania, 48,541 people confirmed with the new coronavirus infection are isolated in their homes and 11,978 people are in institutional isolation. Additionally, 69,194 people are in home quarantine and 68 people are in institutionalized quarantine.
In the last 24 hours, 3,652 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112.
As a result of the violation of the provisions of Law No. 55/2020 on some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the police and gendarmes applied, on November 28 of this year, 7,420 penalties for minor crimes, worth 1,355,816 lei.
Also, through the competent structures of the Police, yesterday 6 infractions were found to frustrate the fight against diseases, a fact foreseen and sanctioned by art. 352 Penal Code.

To date, on November 28, in Romania, 465,982 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID – 19) have been confirmed. 335,764 patients were declared cured.
To date, 11,045 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died.
Between 27.11.2020 (10:00) – 28.11.2020 (10:00) 161 deaths were reported (94 men and 67 women).
Of these, 1 death was recorded in the age category 30 to 39 years, 1 death in the age category 40 to 49 years, 16 deaths in the age category 50 to 59 years, 40 deaths in the age category of age 60 to 69 years, 56 deaths in the age category 70 to 79 years and 47 deaths in the category over 80 years.
151 of the registered deaths were of some patients who presented comorbidities and 10 deceased patients did not present comorbidities.
In specialized health units, the total number of people hospitalized for COVID-19 is 13,040. Of these, 1,249 are hospitalized in ATI – a record since the beginning of the pandemic.
To date, 4,081,557 tests have been processed nationwide. Of these, 33,021 tests were performed in the last 24 hours, 20,669 based on the definition of the case and medical protocol and 12,352 on request.
