In the summer, DNA prosecutors sent Marian Goleac, acting CEO of ADP Sector 4, to trial on Wednesday for the crime of continuing fraud after using multiple bogus diplomas for employment.
Thus, according to DNA, Marian Goleac unjustly held, between 2008 and May 2020, the positions of interim deputy general director and interim general director of SC Amenajarea Domeniului Public 4 SA (whose main shareholder is the Sector 4 City Council). During this period, Marian Goleac obtained “an undue capital benefit” of 1,762,610 lei. This is the amount of revenue received in the positions of Acting Deputy Director General and Acting Director General of ADP Sector 4.
The president of PSD Bucharest, Gabriela Firea, declared that the subprefect of the Capital, Nicoleta Goleac, proposed in the PSD parliamentary lists by the party’s Sector 4 organization, meets the established criteria and there are no problems regarding its integrity and professionalism.
“In general, I never agreed that a person was responsible for the actions of another person, no matter how close they were, whether they were father, mother, husband, etc. I understand, my colleagues tell me, I didn’t even know they had been there for 4 years divorced. I don’t think there are any issues regarding the integrity and professionalism of Ms. Goleac, “Firea said.
In May, Alexandru-Hazem Kansou was appointed CEO of the Bucharest transport company. Kansou and Cristian Olteanu are the two general councilors who were excluded from the PNL in February, after voting on the capital budget proposed by PSD. Kansou accompanied the deputy mayor of the capital, Aurelian Bădulescu, to the famous press conference in Prelungirea Ghencea, where they tried to confuse Nicuşor Dan.
