The Road Company arrived with clarifications, after a series of images appeared in the public space about the damage to the road in VO Bacău, which occurred after the traffic.
Thus, according to CNAIR, the damage that occurred was caused by a manufacturing error in a joint on the bridge at km 3 + 150, right side.
“As soon as this problem was detected, the contractor pointed out the respective area and carried out the repair work in case of emergency, so that at this time it is safe to drive along the entire length of VO Bacău. End of the works, the construction company still has to make these connections, the traffic in this objective is carried out with a speed restriction of 90 km / h ”, CNAIR mentions.
The Bacău municipality bypass bypass, covering a length of almost 31 kilometers, was put into full circulation on Wednesday, the National Road Infrastructure Management Company (CNAIR) reported.
The works amounted to 668.33 million lei (excluding VAT), and the contractor that took charge of the execution of the road section was Asocierea Spedition UMB SRL – Tehnostrade SRL. The source of funding is non-reimbursable European funds.
The length of the entire work is 30,843 km and consisted of the construction of: seven bridges, eight passages, a road junction, seven roundabouts and a small parking lot.
The objective is located in the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), a project of the European Union (EU), which provides for the creation of a complete transport network by road, rail and naval.
On September 3, 2020, traffic was opened in 7,366 km of VO Bacău, and on December 2, 2020 in the remaining 20,299 km, of which 16,269 km are on the road profile.
