Cluj-Napoca restaurants and cinemas and 13 other county towns close

Restaurants, indoor bars, cinemas and gaming halls are also closed in Cluj-Napoca, for ten days, decided the Cluj County Committee for Emergency Situations.

The restrictions in Cluj and other neighboring towns were imposed on Friday, after the infection rate for the SARS-VOC-2 virus exceeded 1.5 per thousand inhabitants.

The measure targets localities Cluj-Napoca, Apahida, Căianu, Căşeiu, Câţcău, Cuzdrioara, Feleacu, Floresti, Mintiu-Gherlii, Mociu, Săcuieu, Sâncraiu, Sic and Văd.

However, it can be suspended for the next 10 days with the possibility of an extension, the activity of cafes and restaurants within the buildings, the activity of gambling operators other than those that issue tickets, the activity of cinemas and institutions that organize shows, is specified in the CJSU Cluj decision, according to news.ro.

The premises within the accommodation units such as hotels or pensions will only serve the lodged clients, and the other restaurants may prepare food that will not be consumed on the premises. In the aforementioned towns, bars, clubs and discos remain closed, authorities said.
