The Comarcal Committee for Emergency Situations in Constanța will propose the quarantine of the city of Constanța. A meeting will be held that day and the restrictions will go into effect on Friday or Saturday.
The County Committee will send the quarantine request to the center, and after DSU chief Raed Arafat signs the decision, the city will be quarantined.

The movement of persons will be carried out on the basis of a declaration or on the basis of a certificate from the employer. A citizen who has left and wants to enter Constanța can do so with the identity card or with the employer’s certificate, ”explained Silviu Coșa, prefect of Constanța.
The prefect has also explained that this morning the decision is drawn up and the implementing rules are established.
Silviu Coșa wanted to specify that only the movement of people will be restricted and no restrictions will be imposed on the movement of goods.
