Bucharest residents can breathe a sigh of relief that the apartment blocks will soon be hot. The announcement was made by CMTEB itself, the company that supplies the heating agent.
The Municipal Thermal Energy Company of Bucharest (CMTEB) announces that, on Wednesday, the heat tests will begin in the Capital, considering the decreasing temperatures recorded the previous days.
According to a press release sent by the company, the supply of the heating agent takes place when the average temperatures fall within the limits provided by the provisions of art. 117 of GD no. 425 / 07.20.1994, modified by GD no. 337 / 16.05.2018, respectively, after “the recording, for 3 consecutive days, between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., of some daily average values of outdoor air temperature of +10 degrees C or less,” writes Agerpres.
The district heating process is underway
Termoenergetica mentioned that the action is progressive, taking into account the size of the district heating system and the large number of consumers.
“The hot tests will be carried out so that, as the outside temperature decreases, all consumers benefit under normal conditions from the supply of the heating agent. We remind you that our institution has begun to provide heating on demand to hospitals, schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, as well as to all other institutions that have requested it, ”says the cited source.
Homeowners associations wishing to postpone the supply of the thermal agent for heating can request it in writing, through the legal representatives, at the CMTEB register, Cavafii Vechi street, no. 15, in the district heating sections or by email, at the address [email protected]
The company affirms that its dispatchers and intervention teams operate permanently to solve any problem in the field.
