BRD-Societe Generale begins granting loans within the Casa Nueva program, applying an interest rate of IRCC + 2pp, the bank confirmed in a statement on Tuesday. Thus, for the financing of a home (built or consolidated less than 5 years ago), for the amount of 200,000 lei through a 25-year loan and amortized in 300 equal monthly installments, the value of the first monthly installment will be 1,074, 54 lei, and the total amount payable: 328,810.88 lei, sent by HotNews.ro representatives of the bank.
The total amount paid during the loan period may decrease as a result of advance repayments, this total amount includes file analysis fee 0 lei, credit administration fee 0 lei, administration fee due to FNGCIMM 0.40% / year applied 50% of the credit balance, cost with the evaluation of the property brought as a guarantee (department) 370 lei. The DAE is 4.49% and does not include life insurance (this is optional) and real estate insurance (this is mandatory and depends on its value), BRD representatives also told us.
The maximum loan term is 360 months, the loans will finance finished, new or old properties.
The bank has at its disposal, in the name of FNGCIMM, a guarantee ceiling that allows the granting of “Casa Nueva” loans for a total amount of approximately 500 million lei.

In 2009, BRD made the first loan under the First House program. In total, BRD granted more than 57,000 Prima Casa loans, for an approximate value of 10.1 billion lei.
