Brăila is the county with zero five-day infections without coronavirus

The last patients infected with the new type of coronavirus were declared cured and released on May 9. In Brăila county, at the moment, 188 people in institutionalized quarantine and 279 people in voluntary isolation in their homes are being monitored, the Prefect’s Institution reported Thursday, according to Agerpres.

In addition, 5,244 people emerged from self-isolation at the end of the 14 days and 905 people received epidemiological approvals to exit the institutionalized quarantine.

As for the fines, the police transmitted
that in the last 24 hours the police intervened in 214
situations, in the context of preventing and combating the spread
COVID-19, compliance with the measures was verified and
travel bans for 302 people. Moreover, they have
25 commercial units were controlled.

Police officers applied 38 penalties for infringement, in a total of more than 21,000 lei, for acts committed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Police also found a person who failed to comply with the isolation measure at home, who was taken to a quarantine center for a period of 14 days.
