On Saturday night a terrible traffic accident took place on the Border Guard boulevard in Bistrița Năsăud. As a result of the impact, one person died and two others were taken to the hospital, who were in serious condition.
The Bistrița-Năsăud County Police Inspectorate sent:
“The intervention teams found three victims in the indicated place, of which one victim (male, about 50 years old) was found with injuries incompatible with life. The other two victims were taken by the crews of SMURD and SAJ (conscious, cooperating, polytraumatized) and were taken to the hospital ”, is the first information transmitted by ISU Bistrița-Năsăud.
One person lost his life
“Two cars were involved and as a result of the accident, sadly one of the drivers, a 32-year-old man from Dumitra, died and two other people, a man and a woman, passengers of the same car, were injured and transported to the hospital. The other car involved was driven by a 19-year-old man from Nepos, who was tested with the breathalyzer, the result was negative.
According to the controls, the 32-year-old man had his driving license revoked. The car he was driving had a steering wheel on the right side.
For about an hour and a half, traffic was blocked in the accident area and police diverted traffic onto alternate routes.
Investigations continue regarding the commission of the crimes of wrongful death and wrongful bodily injury, and the exact cause and circumstances in which the event occurred will be established, ”Timpul Online writes.

On Saturday there was a serious traffic accident, in the belt of a municipality in the south of the country.
According to the Inspection of Emergency Situations (ISU) Olt, two cars and a van were involved in the accident. Following the accident, four people were seriously injured and taken to hospital for medical treatment.
