Ubisoft has officially announced the new game in the Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The next game in the series will take place in the Viking era, as the name implies, wasd.ro announces. Marvel fans, those who played God of War 2018 or connoisseurs, know that Valhalla is a paradise in Norse mythology.
The reveal took place in an 8-hour live stream in which artist Kode Abdo, known as Bosslogic, worked on the teaser image in Photoshop. The reasons for the north are obvious: the long-bearded individual and his ax, already problematic thanks to Kratos, the solid ships that sail between the glaciers or the warriors painted on the face armed with shield and ax.
The image suggests that the naval battles, the combat system of the last games and obviously the stealth elements will return. At the end of the live broadcast, Ubisoft tells us that today, April 30, at 6:00 PM Romanian time, the world preview will be released.
The last game in the series was Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey, released in 2018, the year God of War took Game of the Year.
Some of the details that can be deduced from the cover created by the Bosslogic designer are:
The main weapon is the ax; the character has one with the logo of the assassins engraved on the sheet.
The personal bird system remains standing.
Naval battles are back, which I hope will be at least as good as on the Black Flag.
The possibility that the game has a station system; Observe the contrast between the two images.
From AC: Origins in 2017, the series took place in ancient times: the rise of Cleopatra (Ptolemaic Dynasty) in Origins, respectively, the Peloponnesian War in Odyssey.
