“I was shocked to learn that the arrest proposal made on my behalf was admitted this afternoon. I honestly did not believe that under the rule of law “Romania” someone could be deprived of liberty without any proof.
I hope that no judicial error was made in my relationship and I was simply treated together with the other defendants, all of whom were detained without any difference.
In a few days I will have the appeal before the Cluj Court, where I understood that the judges are better prepared than in the simple court.
