Health Minister Vlad Voiculescu said Tuesday that an official is to blame for the late payments by doctors at vaccination centers. The minister affirms that he did not find out about this situation until Monday.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Florin Cîțu criticized the “unacceptable” delay in payments for medical personnel at vaccination centers.
Likewise, the Ministry of Finance said that it will allocate the money necessary to pay the salaries of the medical personnel in the vaccination centers, as soon as it receives the request from the Ministry of Health.
On Monday, the coordinator of the vaccination campaign, Dr. Valeriu Gheorghiță, declared on Digi24 that no doctor from the vaccination centers had received their money for this activity for two months.
