The representatives of the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued, today, the forecast for the next four weeks. The great news is that temperatures will be higher than usual during this period, a few years ago.
In the week October 5-12, the average air temperature will have higher values than normal for this period, throughout the country, but especially in the eastern and southeastern regions. The estimated amounts of precipitation for this period will be in excess in the western and central regions, and in the rest of the country they will be generally close to normal for the period, with a possible poor trend in the extreme southeast.
Precipitation amounts will not exceed usual standards for October
Then in the interval October 12-19, the average air temperature will be slightly higher than normal for this period in all regions of the country. The rainfall pattern will generally be close to normal for this interval throughout the country.
In period October 19-26 Average temperatures for the week will generally be close to normal in all regions, possibly somewhat higher in southern regions. Precipitation amounts will generally be close to the specific averages in this range.
Then, in the interval between October 26 and November 2, the averages of the thermal values may be slightly higher than normal for this period in most of the country. The rainfall regime will generally be close to normal for this interval in the intracarpathic regions and slightly deficient in the rest.
On Saturday the weather will continue to warm, so thermal values will be well above date-specific weather averages for most of the country. The sky will be variable and only towards the end of the interval, in the extreme west and northwest of the territory, will there be isolated clouds and showers and electrical discharges.
Wind will intensify in the mountains, especially at high altitudes, with gusts exceeding 80… 90 km / h in the western half of the Southern Carpathians, and at lower speeds, generally between 50 and 60 km / h, locally in the west , North-West, East, and otherwise restricted areas. The maximum temperatures will be between 22 and 30 degrees, and the minimum ones will be, for the most part, between 10 and 20 degrees, lower in the depressions, at 4 degrees. In the morning and at night, in relatively small areas, fog will form.
