The National Center for Intervention Coordination and Management issued, on Tuesday, at the request of the Galati Regional Committee for Emergency Situations (CJSU), the order to establish community quarantine in the Iveşti commune, where the accumulated incidence of cases last 14 days is 4, 64 cases per 1,000 inhabitants, reports, this Tuesday, the Prefecture.
According to the cited source, the community quarantine area is located between Vasile Alecsandri, Victor Ioan Popa and Pădurii afferent DJ 254 (Blăjerii de Sus street) streets of the Iveşti commune, Galaţi county and is established as of 13 October at 5:00 p.m. for 14 days.
In the aforementioned quarantine area, all the interdictions and restrictions established during the state of alert, provided for in Law No. 55 of May 15 on some measures to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with subsequent modifications and GD no. 782 of September 14 on the extension of the state of alert in Romanian territory as of September 15, as well as the establishment of the measures applied during it to prevent and combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, amended and supplemented by Government Decision n. 841 of October 8, 2020, according to Agerpres.
The ring roads are established in the area, as follows: DJ 255 Izvoarele – Slobozia Conachi – Pechea – exit DJ 251 – Costache Negri – Cudalbi – exit DJ 254 – Griviţa; Intersection DJ 253 Umbrăreşti with DJ 254 B – Griviţa.
At the same time, the following mandatory measures are established in the quarantine area: in all public spaces, both indoors and outdoors, it is mandatory to wear a protective mask to cover the nose and mouth; the entry-exit of people and vehicles in / from the quarantined locality will be carried out only through the filters established by the police forces of the Ministry of the Interior; it is strictly forbidden to move people in isolation / quarantine out of their home, residence or declared address for isolation / quarantine in the commune of Iveşti; the movement of people and vehicles is prohibited in the time interval 22.00 – 6.00; the exceptions are the chronically ill who are in the records of health units, pregnant women, medical emergencies; movement is allowed for the supply of goods of economic operators within the quarantined commune in the time interval 6.00 – 22.00 based on the declaration of own responsibility; the entry into the quarantine zone of economic operators that carry out messaging activities and that deliver / receive orders to / from the citizens of the quarantined administrative-territorial unit is prohibited; In this case, the delivery-taking of the plots will be carried out in the areas where the filters of the Ministry of the Interior structures are located.
