Almost 300 buildings in the capital were left without hot water or heating, while in another 700 blocks the hot water or heating is below normal parameters, following several failures in Bucharest’s district heating network. Societatea Termoenergetica Bucureşti estimates that it will complete all repairs by Sunday morning at the latest, Agerpres reports.
In Sector 4, a block of flats has been without heating since November 2, and it is estimated that the situation will be remedied on Friday, at midnight.
Also in the same sector 66 apartment blocks and two buildings do not have hot water or heating on Thursday at noon. Termoenergetica estimates the restart of the supply of the thermal agent for Friday, at midnight.
Another 132 blocks and four institutions were without hot water / heating on Thursday morning, and it is estimated that the situation will be remedied on Sunday, at 9 a.m.
In Sector 5, on Thursday, a building and 34 apartment blocks were left without hot water or heating. Thermoenergetica estimates the resumption of the supply of the thermal agent on Sunday, at 9.00 am.
Another 18 blocks were without hot water since Friday morning, and it is estimated that the situation will be remedied at 8:00 p.m.
In Sector 6, 32 blocks are affected, which were left without hot water / heating on Wednesday morning, estimating the resumption of the supply of the thermal agent on Friday, at midnight.

Blocks in Bucharest where heating and hot water run “below parameters”
In turn, in Sector 1, several thermal points operate under parameters, being affected on Thursday morning in terms of hot water two blocks, on Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to eight blocks and a building, on Friday at 8:00 a.m. – Seven blocks and two buildings, and from Thursday morning regarding hot water for consumption / heating – 84 blocks and 22 buildings and an institution, estimating the remedy of the situation on Friday, at 4:00 p.m.
In Sector 2, several thermal points operate under parameters, having to suffer from Friday morning in terms of hot water for consumption / heating 306 blocks, 44 buildings and one institution, estimating the remedy for these malfunctions for 4.30 p.m.
In Sector 5 of operation under parameters, a number of 157 blocks in terms of hot water / heating, 20 blocks of hot water and 12 blocks and a building related to heating are affected on Friday from 2:00 p.m., estimating solving the problem to 23.00 hours.
Last but not least, repair works are planned in the district heating network for which Termoenergetica announced the closure of the heating agent in various areas of the Capital.
Sector 1 is located about 15 blocks away, running out of hot water / heating on Friday morning or at noon, estimating the restart of the supply of thermal agent at midnight.
In Sector 6, a building and 162 blocks of flats were left without hot water / heating, some on Tuesday, others on Thursday, with Termoenergetica estimating the completion of the work scheduled for Friday, at midnight.
