Almost 12,000 people have been vaccinated against COVID in the last 24 hours in Romania. How many side effects have been reported?

The National Committee for the Coordination of Vaccination Activities against COVID-19 (CNCAV) announced that in the last 24 hours 11,912 people have been vaccinated, bringing the total to 25,508.

According to the CNCAV, from the data provided by the National Institute of Public Health, through the application of the National Electronic Vaccine Registry (RENV), which maintains vaccination records, it appears that the number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine in the last 24 hours (first administration) is 11,912.

Thus, the total number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine, as of December 27 (first administration) reached 25,508.

In the last 24 hours, 10 common and minor reactions were registered in the vaccination centers, of which: a local reaction and 9 general reactions.

The number of adverse reactions recorded in vaccination centers (as of December 27, 2020) is 47 common and minor reactions, of which: 8 local reactions with pain at the injection site; 39 general reactions (fever, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, anxiety, allergies
urticaria).

The CNCAV mentions that the vaccination center program ends at 8:00 p.m., so the number of vaccinations carried out between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. will be reflected in the report of the following day.
