We are trying to find the reasons why something like this happened ”, added Alexandru Scurtu.

The Romanian police leadership launched an investigation in IPJ Bacău, after two workers were taken hostage and later killed by Gheorghe Moroșan, in an apartment in Onești.

The 68-year-old man stabbed the two after five hours of negotiations with the police.

Police say the man was angered when one of the hostages attacked him.
