Incidence of COVID-19 cases on October 31. Ten counties are on the red stage, with two of them approaching incidence 5. These are Cluj and Sălaj.
The coefficient of accumulated infections at 14 days, reported per 1,000 inhabitants, is calculated by the Public Health Directorates, at the municipal and county levels of Bucharest. Here is the table prepared based on the reports received by CNCCI from the Public Health Directorates:
Aside from the recently confirmed cases, after reassessment of already positive patients, 2,448 people were positively reconfirmed. The county distribution of these cases can be found in the following table.
