“This decision is in line with our long-term strategy of transforming the business model, both by digitizing banking services and products, as well as serving clients on the principles of personalized advice,” said the bank representative.
The program was designed to prepare for the migration to a new way of working in the bank’s network, which aims to increase the comfort and protection of customers, reduce waiting times, improve operational efficiency and encourage the use of the platform. of digital banking.
The expansion of the system to the entire network, as of Monday, is temporary and has been accelerated by the escalation, at the national level, in the rate of COVID-19 infection cases, as well as by the approach of the cold season , in the context where there are cases in queues are formed in front of banking units.
