The images show how the teacher encourages students not to follow the rules of protection, which he considers abusive. He is not shy about calling children “animals in the pen.”

ISJ Bihor announces criminal complaint on behalf of sports teacher
Virgil Blage, the Bihor County Inspector General of Schools, stated on Digi24 that he is “outraged” by what he saw, specifying that the disciplinary investigation of the sports teacher was initiated at the educational institution level.
“At the level of the school inspection, we are in the process of drafting the documents to file a criminal complaint to prevent the fight and prevention of the pandemic. It is unacceptable for something like this to happen, given that the entire country is involved in the effort to stop the pandemic, ”added the Bihor school inspector general.
On the “agreement” of the students for this protest, Virgil Blage says that “in no case” could it be possible: “I think that the students gave their consent under pressure from the teacher. It is the professor’s initiative, he suggested that the masks be bought. ”
“We have been thinking since yesterday about proceeding with its suspension, but from a legal point of view it is impossible at this time to suspend it. Even for such a gesture. He said that today he will have talks with the sports teacher and that he will invite him to the CSI: “We will try to limit his contact with the students.”

Asked how long the investigations will last, the inspector general said that “we do not want to prolong it too long, because the effects could be negative, other people could be infected.”
