A second county exceeded the Covid-19 infection rate by 4 per 1,000 residents. What is happening in the Capital

A second county in the country surpassed a contagion rate of 4 per 1,000 residents on Thursday after Cluj County reached this threshold on Wednesday.

According to the balance announced on Thursday by the Strategic Communication Group, the county of Sălaj registered a cumulative incidence of Covid-19 cases of 4.11 per thousand inhabitants.

Covid-19 cases exploded in Sălaj, after a rate of just 3.43 per 1,000 residents was reported in the county on Wednesday.

The contagion rate in Cluj County rose again on Thursday, reaching 4.3, after reaching 4.09 per thousand residents on Wednesday.

The infection rate has decreased in Bucharest

Regarding the Capital, here there was a decrease in the cumulative incidence from 3.81 to 3.69.

The counties that have exceeded the critical threshold of 3 per thousand inhabitants are: Alba (3.8), Bucharest (3.69), Timiș (3.61), Harghita (3.32).

On Thursday a new record of new cases of Covid-19 was registered in Romania: 6,481.
