The indictment drawn up by DNA prosecutors shows that in May 11 – June 15, 2015 (25 business days), Vasile Sălăjan would have received, directly and through an intermediary, of 491 patients, the total amount of 90,370 lei, 17,760 euros and other benefits that did not correspond to him, in relation to the performance of acts that corresponded to him.

Specifically, these benefits would have been received by the doctor in relation to: the issuance of medical decisions on the work capacity of the respective people, the classification of a degree of disability, the medical review or the issuance of the medical decision on the work capacity ” , the researchers show. .

DNA informs that, in the case, the precautionary measure of seizure was ordered on some movable and immovable property belonging to Sălăjan.

The case was sent to trial in the Bihor Court, with a proposal to maintain the precautionary measures and order the extended confiscation of various sums of money, some 7,000 shares and a building.
