A father obtained, through a decision of the Galati Court, compensation from his ex-wife in the amount of 7,000 lei. The woman allegedly denigrated him in front of the two minor children, for which the ex-husband sued her. The decision is not final, according to Mediafax.
Since 2014, he has been “manipulating and alienating” the children, causing the father physical and emotional suffering, according to the court’s decision.
According to her, whenever she had the opportunity, the woman would do various scenes and always take the children very late to the meetings with the father, and even say in public and aloud that the man was incompetent or even pedophile.
“The hostile conversation between the parties was directed by the defendant and the children, their play was interrupted and summoned by the mother to attend the dispute, incited against the father and interrogated in a way that inspired predetermined responses. The position of the accused is thus maintained (…), he asked the boy: «Do you want to see your father? What is your father looking for in the park? Are you upset at home for seeing your father? ”, It is shown in the motivation of the court.
In response, the woman said that her ex-husband only wants revenge for the divorce.
