A driver was surprised to find that he had been fined 1305 lei for throwing the stick at the car window. “Are you serious?” He asked the cop. The dialogue between the police and the driver was posted on the Interior Ministry’s Facebook page.

– Good night! I have been parked in this place for 15 minutes, I have not violated any traffic rules. Why do you want the documents?

– The difference is the cigarette butt you threw on the ground. Usually it had to be in the car’s ashtray, not on the asphalt.
– Well, it doesn’t have an ashtray.
– You see, it doesn’t have all the facilities. You could also include the ashtray if you knew you were smoking in the car. It costs you 1305 lei.
