The Legal, Budget, Administration and Labor Committees of the Chamber of Deputies issued a joint report on Tuesday rejecting the bill on the Administrative Code, which also stipulated the obligation to formalize the languages of national minorities in the local public administration, in certain situations.

Also on the agenda for Wednesday’s plenary session is the bill for GEO approval no. 32/2020 on the amendment and termination of GEO no. 30/2020 for the amendment and finalization of some normative acts, as well as for the establishment of some measures in the field of social protection in the context of the epidemiological situation determined by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and for the establishment of additional social protection measures.
In addition, the deputies must decide on the bill for the temporary limitation of the price of medicines and foods of strict necessity; The bill to complete art. 9 of the Water Law; the legislative proposal to amend letter h), para. (1), art. 456 of Law No. 227/2015 on the Tax Code; the bill to amend art. 21 of Law no. 223/2015 on state military pensions.
The plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies will also discuss the legislative proposal on the termination of Law no. 35/1997 on the organization and operation of the institution of the Ombudsman.
