U Cluj – Farul, decided on the “green table”

After months of waiting and postponements, the Federation’s Disciplinary and Ethics Commission decided in the case of the U Cluj – Farul Constanța party, dictating the victory at the green table in favor of the “sailors”.

Rejects the complaint from AS FC Universitatea Cluj as unfounded. Admits the notification from the FRF Competition Department. Based on art. 79/9 corroborated with Principle 4 of the Principles for conducting competitions in the 2021/2021 season with the application of art. 34 of RD, the club AS FC Universitatea Cluj is sanctioned with Ski Pass (3-0 in favor of AFC Farul Constanța – Decision of the FRF Discipline and Ethics Commission
