Regarding the fire that occurred this morning in Constanta, which occurred in an apartment located on the sixth floor of a block of flats, we make the following clarifications:

• The ISU Constanza dispatcher took over the call to the single emergency number 112 at 09.14.

• At 09:15 am, the following crews were simultaneously alerted: 1 SMURD type B2 ambulance, 2 fire trucks and 1 escalator.

• The SMURD type B2 ambulance and the 2 fire trucks were alerted by Fripis Fire Sub-Lieutenant Marius Daniel Constanţa City, which is approximately 2 km from the fire site. The first crew to arrive at the intervention site was the SMURD type B2 ambulance, at 0921 hours.

• Taking into account that there are no escalators in the Fripis Fire Department Sub-Lieutenant Marius Daniel Constanţa Oraş, he was alerted from the Palas Fire Department.

• The escalator arrived at the intervention site at 09:27 am, the distance traveled being 8 km. The time the woman escaped from the balcony was 09.25.

• The troops at the intervention site at the time of the auto-squad’s arrival were 2 fire trucks, 1 SMURD type B ambulance, as well as 2 ambulances from the County Ambulance Service.

• At the level of the county of Constanţa there are 3 escalators, distributed to cover the entire competition area, as follows: Cernavoda, Medgidia and Constanţa. ”
