He added that as of January 5 and 6, the threshold of 20,000 Romanians vaccinated daily should be reached.

“We will have at least 3 million Romanians vaccinated in June,” he said.

The authorities hope that, if things go well, 60-70% of the population should be immunized against the new coronavirus in the next six months.

The National Committee for the Coordination of COVID Vaccination reports this Saturday that, in the last 24 hours, according to the data provided by the National Institute of Public Health, through the application of the National Electronic Vaccine Registry, they were immunized against the coronavirus with the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine. 1,586 people.
