Any non-essential travel is currently prohibited in the whole of France between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., but from Saturday the prohibition will apply from 6:00 p.m. in those 15 departments.
The French Health Ministry reported 19,927 new cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, below the balance of 26,457 registered on Wednesday, but still well above the target of 5,000 maximum daily cases set by the government to ease restrictions.

The details of this incident are still unclear, but according to a local newspaper, the two were too close to the fireworks at the time of the explosion. The sale and use of these devices was banned in that region, in order to reduce the number of medical emergencies during this period in which health services are overwhelmed by the pandemic.
