The PSD deputy, Alexandru Rafila, asks the government to donate to the Republic of Moldova a part of the vaccine doses that Romania receives.

“Controlling the COVID-19 pandemic is a priority for all countries in the European region of the World Health Organization and so far only EU member states have access to vaccines.

I think it would be a sign of solidarity from Romania to donate a quantity of vaccine to our brothers in the Republic of Moldova, in order to guarantee the protection of the medical personnel involved in the care of patients.

Just as the virus knows no borders, the fight with it must be in the same register, so that we can all return to a normal life as soon as possible ”, transmits the PSD deputy.

In November, the liberal senator of the diaspora, Viorel Badea, announced that the NLP government will donate to the Republic of Moldova some of the first anti-Covid vaccines that it will receive from the European Union.

According to official reports, there were more than 1,000 daily cases of Covid in Moldova as of December 24. In recent days, the number of new cases is decreasing.
