At least that’s what Rareş Bogdan and Dan Barna hinted at on Friday morning, when they came to negotiations at Vila Lac 1.
Thus, the NLP MEP Rareş Bogdan, following last week’s model of Dragoş Pîslaru (USR-PLUS), said at the entrance of the Vila Lac 1 gate, that white smoke is coming out and surely today we have a government.
Barna: It’s okay if smoke comes out, I have sawdust in the trunk
Dragoș Pîslaru (USR-PLUS) announced last Saturday “white smoke in the first chapter of the Coalition’s Joint Governance Program.”
Dan Barna, at the entrance to Vila Lac, said on Friday, when asked if white smoke is coming out today, as stated by Rareş Bogdan, he replied: “I have sawdust in the trunk, that’s fine.”
Negotiations between PNL, USR-PLUS and UDMR for the future of Romania resumed on Friday morning at Vila Lac 1.
The parties that want to form a government coalition, PNL and USR-PLUS, have been fighting for more than 10 days. All of them hold the position of prime minister, president of the Chamber of Deputies and head of the Senate.
There is, however, a small change: Prime Minister Ludovic Orban’s version is no longer categorically rejected by those of USR, as it was a week ago, according to some sources cited by Antena 3.
