The lawyer Diana Șoșoacă is one of the most visible members of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR). He did not wear a mask correctly and explained that he has this right, because he has a medical certificate issued based on an illness.

It appears that Șoșoacă suffers from asthma, according to playtech.ro, a condition that creates major respiratory problems.

Diana Șoșoacă also spoke about the medical certificate in a post posted on her Facebook account. “This is what a medical certificate for the exemption of wearing a mask looks like. The family doctor will refer you to a specialist. He will do a thorough check and issue a medical letter with the diagnosis that requires the exemption of wearing a mask.

“No watchdog can ask you what disease you have”

From this letter, the family doctor issues this medical certificate, registered in the system, and the diagnosis will include a code of 3 digits or more depending on the diseases that he suffers, ”wrote Șoșoacă. She also says:

“No control body can ask him why he suffers from the disease. The certificate attests that he went to the doctor and he delivered it on the basis of controls and medical documents. So the police, the gendarme, etc. are obliged to take note of the certificate and leave it alone. People with asthma should have this certificate, because for them the mask can be fatal, as well as for other respiratory diseases. Show the doctors who say they don’t know. He should know, that’s why they are doctors and they are paid with our taxes. “
