Strugurel Matei is 36 years old and lives in the Grebănu commune, Buzău county. In April, he felt ill and went to the hospital. However, the man did not wait for the result of the test to detect the new coronavirus and fled the hospital.

Investigations were initiated against him under the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office for the crime of frustrating the fight against diseases. “
The criminal case has gone to court. As the man did not appear at any time, the judge decided to convict him.
