The journalist Víctor Ciutacu presented on Tuesday night, in the Punctul Culminant program of România TV, an audio recording with the elected mayor of Sector 1 and members of the USR. The dialogue is so suggestive that it no longer needs any comment.
Mind-blowing Dialogue About Sanitation Company Disposal:
– Participant 1 – Hard, hard.
– Participant 2: It is not good to leave a lot of garbage on the street! Out of control!
– Clotilde Armand: Of what?
– Participant: That is our image! That’s the problem!
– Clotilde Armand: We push towards …
– Participant 3: Additional Act no. 1 defines what uncontrolled deposit means, how it is loaded and how it is paid. So they are all regulated in this contract and in the additional documents. If we don’t look at them a bit …
– Clotilde Armand: Okay! Who takes care of that? In a week to find a solution [neinteligibil]..
Participant: But again, it cannot be one-sided. They will be attacked if not …
– Clotilde Armand: Well, no, but we have to find what it says there, what is really missing. […] But until then, push! Bad faith, I’m not interested.
– Participant: You didn’t hear that !!
The scandal is far from over
The Ombudsman’s Office announces that it has been sued since December 9 for the situation in Sector 1, where Mayor Clotilde Armand came into conflict with the sanitation company and significant amounts of garbage were left on the streets.
Romprest, the sanitation operator ensures that there is no double billing, on the contrary, there are areas that are not included in the contract, but that are cleaned. As a consequence of this situation, Clotide Armand refused to reimburse the amounts billed by the sanitation operator, and stopped collecting garbage from the Sector 1 radius.
The Mayor General, Nicusor Dan, declared, in turn, that the situation in Sector 1 must be resolved urgently, the bills paid, and after the garbage disappears in the streets, analyzes can be made on the contracts.
