UPDATE 12:30 / Referee Andrei Chivulete announced to the two teams that the match will be postponed, as the field is soaked with water and impassable due to the rains of the last hours. Rechecks will be made at 1:30 p.m., if the grass still doesn’t look better, once drained, the game will be postponed for another day.
The two teams have met four times so far, but each time in League 2. The duels between Academica Clinceni and FC Argeș record two wins for Pitesti, one draw and one success for the Ilfov team.

The hosts occupy the 5th position in the League before the clash with FC Argeș, while the Pitesti team is in the last place in the ranking, with only 9 points accumulated so far and is going through a crisis of form. The guests arrived after a painful defeat against Dinamo, in which they had a penalty not awarded in the last phase of the match, which produced a new scandal in the refereeing issue.
On the other hand, Ilfov is in great shape, winning four of the last five games. Last week, Ilie Poenaru’s students only got a draw with FC Voluntari, away, 3-3.
