Cristian Ghinea MEP, who is negotiating the government program with PNL and UDMR on behalf of USR-PLUS, posted a photo on Facebook during the negotiations, indicating that a first chapter has already been closed and that discussions are progressing.
“The governing body closed the chapter on Digitization. Because the 21st century. USR PLUS, PNL and UDMR at the same table. We have established the framework, we are moving forward. We are reforming Romania”, is the message that accompanies the photo published by Guinea.
Dragoș Pîslaru also marked the first success of the negotiations on Saturday.
“White smoke in the first chapter of the Joint Governance Program of the USRPLUS-PNL-UDMR coalition. And what a great chapter for a good governance revolution: the chapter related to digitization! We are on the right track for an oriented Romania towards the future, ”the former Labor Minister wrote on Facebook.
PNL, USR-PLUS and UDMR began official talks on Saturday morning for the formation of the new Government. The talks are expected to be tough, with all three political parties vying for important seats in the country’s leadership.
